Having problems reaching the payment form?

 

If you are experiencing difficulty with our online payment form while using Internet Explorer please see below for the fix:

 

Please check the security settings in your browser. Security levels have been upgraded and you must have your security settings at a high enough level to reach the site.

 

1. Open your browser

 

2. Click on "Tools" at the upper right

 

3. Click on the bottom selection "Internet Options"

 

4. Click on the "Advanced" tab on the far right

 

5. Scroll all the way to the bottom and make sure there is a check mark by all three of the following:

Use SSL 2.0

Use SSL 3.0

Use TLS 1.0

 

6. Click on "Apply", then "OK"

 

7. Close your browser, then reopen and you should be able to reach the site.

Please make sure compatibility view is turned on.

 

 

If the Compatibility Icon is missing, go to Tools > Compatibility View Settings.

 

Under Add this website add: reliafund.com
